The
pale that we manufacture is 1.6mm thick, 40 mm wide, roll-formed,
hot dipped galvanized to SABS 763 SABS ISO 1461 Standards.
The Angle Iron Rails are 40 x 40 x 2mm thick, hot dipped
galvanised.
The posts are 50 x 50 x 1.6mm thick square tubing, with
intermediate brackets, for a 8mm cup square bolt to be
fitted to the cross members, also all hot dipped galvanised.
The panels are tack welded together. All the nuts and
bolts Kalguarded (Developed for the use on shipping containers).
Steel pyramid style caps are welded to the top of the
posts.
Each panel is 2.5m from centre to centre and has 15 pales
per panel; Gaps between the pales are 115mm. |
