The
pale that we manufacture is 2mm thick, 65 mm wide, roll-formed,
hot dipped. Galvanized to SABS 763 SABS ISO 1461 Standards.
The Angle Iron Rails are 40 x 40 x 3mm hot dipped galvanised.
The posts are 76 x 76 x 2mm thick square tubing, with
welded lugs pre-punched for a 8mm or 10mm cup square bolt
to be fitted for the cross members, also all hot dipped
galvanised.
We use a bolt on system, the bolts are 8mm and anti-tamper
shear off nuts are used. All the nuts and bolts are Kalguarded
(developed for the use on shipping containers). Black
vacuumed formed ABS pyramid styled caps are used for the
top of the posts. Each panel is 3m centre to centre and
has 15 pales per panel;the centre panel is 100mm longer,
which is concreted in the ground to stop the sag in the
cross members. Gaps between the pales are 120mm. |
