All skilled and semi-skilled staff receives on the job training continuously in our endeavors to impart basic and professional metalworking skills to previously unskilled individuals.

All jigs i.e. punching, cutting, cropping, welding, bending, roll-forming, drilling and sizing are precision manufactured in our comprehensive engineering workshops under the watchful eye of our founder member and mechanical engineer Shannon Smith.

Coupled with our stringent corrosion protection processes which include Kalgaurd coating technology and hot dip galvanizing to SABS 763, SABS ISO 1461 standards, we use the latest Bohler welding technologies.
